The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Cizia was incredibly responsive whenever we had a query or a request and she was very helpful.

The only decent thing in this place was the receptionist, Emanuela, who is very kind and helpful.

A dishonest and untrustworthy business. My booking was for 3 nights in a one double bedroom + sofa bed flat. Instead, I got two single beds next to one another and a broken sofa. The hotel is generally done cheaply and is very dated with things falling apart. In our room, half of the chairs were broken, the balcony chairs and table were rusty and dirty, the light in the utility cupboard was not working, as was the main power socket in the kitchen (so there was nowhere safe to plug in the kettle or the toaster), and the toilet seat was broken and was going sideways (see photos). Worst of all, the sofa bed was broken and gave up on the second night. When I reported this, the owner came along and accused me of breaking it in an attempt to get compensation off me. When she saw her little scam didn't work, she tried to scare me into it, saying she would claim compensation via Booking. She did nothing to accommodate us, and all four of us had to sleep on the two joined up single beds for the last night. It was very uncomfortable and impossible to fit. Generally, everything was very, very wrong from the very beginning: - The flat was very dirty. Sand was all over the floor. The first thing I did when I arrived was mop the floor (the receptionist did the hoovering). By the way, there was a mop and bucket for cleaning, but nothing to clean with. - Also upon arrival, there was no toilet paper! The receptionist brought one single small roll and informed us that the customers buy their own toilet paper. - No coffee or sugar. Again, the customer buys. However, the receptionist brought some for us from her own kitchen! - Cheap and greedy business. You would think that for €95 per night, they would provide the very basics: safe and functioning facilities, the beds you booked for to sleep in (!!!), toilet paper, and the means to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Save yourselves from having your holiday ruined and book somewhere else to stay.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment with separate bedroom and large terrace with sea view. .Close to the nice beach, markets and restaurants. Beautiful sea view,especially from the common roof top terrace. Emanuela is extremely nice, available for any questions at any time. We had a nice stay in Gela. Thank you Emanuela😊 Highly recommend.

Very spacious , huge patio doors leading out onto a huge terrace with a full sea view . Parking for the car . Fantastic receptionist for who nothing was a problem to resolve .

Bathroom a bit tired ! Everything worked ok but shower area needs upgrading . Strange mix or decor and pictures. Cost very little to bring it up to date .

The apartments were lovely and clean had everything you needed for a one week stay .

Letting us know where the boiler was had cold water for a day .

Spacious, well equipment apartments, only about 10min walk from the beach. Emanuela was very friendly and she couldnt do more for us, it was much appreciated.
