Had trouble opening the door to verandah of living room.

Great location , views , staff, facilities , exactly everything !

Let’s start with the positive side The location is great and near buy many things also close to the beach the view from the room as fantastic i was on 11D you could see the sea and all karon tell kata area The stuff are welcoming and lovely They try to do there best to help and make your stay great For negative points Only one swimming pool and no nearby bathroom you must go inside the building That bathrooms is very old and not looking good it must be renovated The furniture is super duper over outdated and used and not good looking feels like staying in 2 start hotels Beds are hard not soft Only two small old and slow elevators Sheets and towels are full of dirty spots even it has been just washed it most be renewed too Electricity was out two times one time was about 8 h Second time was about 30 minutes The decoration is Very old and worn Noise was okay not too noisy on my side but the other side it is noisy cuz of the bars Value ways is over priced compared to the old rusty furniture and building Differently wont stay there again unless they did a renovation

Местоположение, персонал, размер номера, оборудованная кухня, прекрасный пляж. Нравится, что в отеле начались изменения к лучшему - заменили в номере электрическую плиту, микроволновку, все розетки и выключатели, новые контейнеры для мусора, новый роутер. Так держать!

Это не проблема отеля, но музыка из баров на соседней улице не даёт спать до 1-2 ночи, берите с собой беруши

Everything was perfect and amazing! The location is close to the beach 5 min walk, with an incredible view from the 14th floor. The apartment was cleaned daily and was very comfortable, with soft pillows and crisp white linen. The area feels very safe, with 24/7 security, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and customer-oriented. Receptionist Bua was especially helpful — truly outstanding service. 7/11, massage and much more - just 5 min walk. Swimming pool good, deep and clean. The apartment is well-equipped: a large fridge, plates, glasses, a microwave, and a toaster — perfect for cooking. The balcony view is absolutely breathtaking. The furniture is beautiful, in traditional Thai wooden style. The AC works well — you just need to set it up properly. For those who mentioned noise: if you’re not sure how to adjust things, just ask ChatGPT 🙂 Music from a nearby bar didn’t disturb us at all — we expected it, and after active days we slept like angels.

Очень большой номер , удобная гостиная-студия , две спальни со своими сан.узлами. Чисто, комфортно. Белье, полотенца белоснежные. Посуда в отличном состоянии . Бассейн чистый , полотенца для бассейна в отличном качестве. Расположение отеля удобное . Рядом море и все необходимые магазины и кафе.
