Holiday Inn Lille Ouest Englos by IHG

Avoir réservé une chambre avec deux lit séparés et avoir un lit double. Que l’on me demande si je souhaite que ma chambre soit nettoyé.

I'd like to point out that I cancelled my reservation and didn't stay at the property because two hours before my arrival, I was informed that, for technical reasons, the room with two single beds, booked at the end of February for June 2026, was no longer available and I had to settle for a single bed and a sofa bed. When I called for more information, I was told that they had received a group and given my room away—again, two hours before my arrival and with a reservation made in February. Terrible customer service!

Doručak je bio izvrstan! Osoblje ljubazno i na vrhunskom nivou! Smještaj čist i udoban! SVE POHVALE ZA HOTEL! 😃😃😃

Moglo je samo da bude ljepše vrijeme, pa da se još bućnem u bazen...ali to nije bilo do hotela... 😂😂😂
