Aachen Hotel

I arrived on an early flight with my friend and the woman let us into our room early so we could grab a few hours of sleep which was brilliant and I can't thank her enough for letting us in early. The room was clean and spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated 5 mins from Lime Street and I would stay here again. I would recommend Aachen hotel to anyone travelling to Liverpool. Very friendly staff.

Nothing other than how close it was to centre

No heating, hot water took about 10 mins to get going and it was a trickle , dirty shower area , no shower gel Weird place

It was very conveniently located. Our room was at the back of the building away from the road so it was a relatively quiet nights sleep. The team were in contact to confirm twin beds and arrival time. They also supplied us with fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room on arrival.

The pump for the hot water was a little noisier than anticipated.

The bed was so uncomfortable couldn't sleep the room was also very warm to uncomfortable

It was clean, comfortable and in a good and quiet location.

I liked the property, it was what I expected for the price and 3 star rating. We were on the top floor which was fine for us but wouldn’t be good if limited mobility.
