"Not good"

The bathroom was clean

Radiators were on- 30degrees! Breakfast was served on a tray. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke

I’ve stayed at this hotel before several times and although not the ritz it’s clean and tidy and the staff are excellent

The only grumble the lift wasn’t working

Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and always warm. Good location for town and sea front. Good bathroom facilities. Bed was clean and comfortable and room can be cleaned each day on request. Excellent breakfast for the price.

Just a little dated and tired but clean.

"Verhouding onderkomen en prijs zijn in evenwicht en alles was voor ons op loopafstand"

. Lift werkt al jaren niet maar we hebben een geweldig alternatief gekregen. Mensen zijn allemaal zo vriendelijk en willen het je zo naar de zin maken!!!

Het hotel is gewoon gedateerd en toe aan renovatie. Lift werkt al 2 jaar niet maar daarvoor kregen we een prima alternatief.

It’s a simple but effective place to stay and always our go to when coming to watch Newcastle purely for its value for money and location

Starting to show its age a little bit that’s overriden by the excellent price.
