los alimentos solo cumplen

la conexión a internet es pésima, lo anterior le resta mucha calidad al servicio, debe ser prioritario mejorarlo demasiado, adicional que te informen plenamente los servicios que tienes contratados, ejemplo hay una alberca techada de la cual nunca supimos de su existencia hasta que ya nos retirabamos, el mobiliario es viejo y en acasiones inservible, ejemplo un sofá que es de época de las cavernas

Las Aguas Termales, el Jacuzzi en la Habitación

Mucho ruido de las bombas TODA LA NOCHE, No pude dormir. Los horarios de COMIDA no son ideales, dicen que son Todo Incluido pero tienen horarios restrictivos para comer. NO DISFRUTE DE LOS ALIMENTOS. Tienen área de juegos, PERO NO PUEDES JUGARLOS o estan FUERA DE SERVICIO. Muchas de las albercas no estan disponibles, DESILUSIÓN. NO CUMPLE PRECIO-CALIDAD
