Location and while we had to wait for staff to get there, the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Burn in bedding, stains on table. Uncomfortable pillows.

This place is super nice and clean. Except that the TV and the phone in the room didn't work.

This is a good place to stay in the Monteray area! It is clean and safe while also being quite affordable.

Quarto limpo, chuveiro muito bom, funcionário que nos atendeu foi bem atencioso, já tinha nosso checkin pronto. Nem precisou de cartão para garantia, vagas de estacionamento amplas e sobrando. Localização com restaurantes, posto de gasolina, conveniência, lavanderia e tudo mais. Além de parecer bem seguro.

Não forneceu travesseiros adicionais.

Great place to stay at. Very homey feeling

We have stayed here many times before with no problems but this stay was not so good. Maybe it was just the room. We were put in an ADA room which should have been fine but the drain in the shower was so slow that it flooded out half the bathroom and we didn’t notice until it was too late. We informed the manager and he said he would take care of it. We thought it was until we showered the second morning with the same results. There is also only one outlet to plug in your devices near the bed and it is over the top of the headboard. The television took forever to figure out which input to select and finally find channels to watch. Like I said, we have always like this hotel but maybe it was just this room, this time.

Everything was great, all the facilities I needed were in the room

Only one minor point, I don't like white light, if only the lights in the room were warmer, yellow or orange

L établissement a prétendu que nous n'avions pas de réservation et nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel que nous avons trouvé à 13km de là. Hôtel à fuir de toute urgence

The place is nice and clean. The check in person was very kind. I needed an haidrying and he gave me it immediately. All the essential is present

Sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Mietwagen und den Mobiltelefonen sowie der Sprache (spezielle Terminologie). Die Dame am Empfang hat die Situation perfekt gemanagt und uns sehr weitergeholfen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön 😊👍👍
