The lady at the front desk was very nice and the shower was hot!!

There was fresh blood and feces on the sheets, pillows and cases. Had we noticed before we woke up, we wouldn't have stayed due to the bio-hazardous conditions.

Very helpful staff and beautifully clean

Overall the hotel was very basic. The real turn-off are the towels. My bath towels sported various black stains like someone cleaned their car with it. It's obviously been washed but very stained. I thought it was an outlier. Next day, stains were on the "new" towels. I called the front desk to ask for clean stainless bath towels. I got some that didn't have any the next day but now my hand towels had stains on it.

This was a VERY frugal option. No hair dryer, discolored white towels, spotty working cable, ice machine barely making ice if any and room was not ready at 5pm check in. Parking was a problem coming back after 5pm, there was none. Police activity(8 cops) in rooms near me when returned from dinner on the warf. Literally only giving 2 stars because we didn’t pay that much.

I didn't like the parking. We went out late at night and came back and they had taken our parking and had to knock on hotel manager door to leave my car in handicap spot not sure what would have happened if that was taken also.

Location is great. Central to a lot of restaurants.

Did not get the fireplace room as requested. Towels were clean but had lots of old blk stains saturated in them.

Clean, comfortable bed. Take your own tissues and don’t expect ice.
