Ótima localização bem próximo da praia

Cobrança extra com vaga no estacionamento do prédio. A vaga é destinado pra o apto porém necessário pagar R$ 25 por dia e se pagar a reserva na máquina tem acréscimo de 5%. Apto 406 está ao lado do ato 405 e tem cheio de gato pelo corredor do andar.
