Canmore is very nice. The condo was nice as well. Plenty of space.

Flushing of the toilet broke immediately after arrival, but was repaired the next day. The rails for the upper tray in the dishwasher are missing the end stoppers, so there is a risk of pulling the tady out and dropping all dishes down. Fridge - the worst...so loud you could here it in the bedroom every time it went on.

The location was great and all windows had a mountain view.

It was a bit dated ie one chair was very worn, bedroom dresser would tip if more than one drawer was opened. Kitchen counter was peeling.

Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the sliding door was broken. This raised significant safety concerns, as the door did not function properly—leaving the space vulnerable and compromising both security and overall safety. As a guest, I had expected this issue to have been addressed prior to my stay. Additionally, I was disheartened to find a broken window in the accommodation. This not only affected the comfort of the space but also gave the impression that maintenance had been neglected. Further, the floor and carpet were dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor, which severely impacted the overall cleanliness and comfort of the unit. Lastly, I would like to address the check‑out procedure, which I found quite unsatisfactory. Despite paying a $130 cleaning fee, I was still required to take out the garbage before checking out. This seemed unreasonable, especially since the cleaning fee should have covered all aspects of cleaning, including waste removal.
