The accomodation was comfortable and felt homely Beds were clean, bathrooms were clean and kitchen was equipped with basic needs Location was excellent Self checking in was very easy liked the free parking on premises

Carpets throughout need cleaning In main bedroom, the quilt was smaller than the cover and kept moving all night inside cover

The location is great.

The windows and patio doors should be updated to do wear and tear. The electrical outlets are also worn out in the kitchen and dinning room area, so much so that plugs would fall out of the outlet. Also there was no parking pass left in the unit.

Location was great. Close to so many awesome ski resorts. Kitchen was super convenient to have available and made our lives so much easier! Room was spacious and had plenty of room for everything we needed!

The lock box is a little old school. Having a code to put directly into the door would be easier and less stressful because we wouldn't have to keep track of that key the whole time. Other than that is was great1\!

Location is great, easy to access. Rooms and towels are very clean. View from the room is gorgeous. Proxy to train track wound't bother much. There were several issues but support desk responded immediately and solved most of issues.

UPDATED: Refund request was totally ignored. 2 areas should be improved. Instructions are unclear, especially about parking pass instructions on the welcome letter is WRONG. I wasted $20 and requesting refund but no chance. Another issue was odor in kitchen and refrigerator, pretty bad. You won't receive pin code for the lock box till 4pm of the day to stay. I was worrying if we couldn't receive key by check in.
