Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (Please note: we do not accept hen & stag bookings of any size). For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "We are very happy with our stay"

The receptionist was very friendly we were able to check in earlier than expected. That was nice. I just love the hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk from Train station. It is also located not to fair from city center

It was very difficult to try to get the electric stove working there was no instructions booklet But we end up eating out most of the time

Good size of the apartment and great location.

That was too hot, there’s no air conditioning or at least open the windows or balcony door fully would be helpful during the summer time. The flooring was also very noisy.

Good location convenient for Temple Meads Station, City Centre and temple district. Comfortable bed in large bedroom and well-appointed kitchenette; all very clean. Decent soundproofing within building.

Poor natural lighting and ventilation. Traffic noise very loud (though not a busy road) due to poor external soundproofing.

"Very convenient spot to stop and recharge on a busy work trip."

The hosts were super kind - I arrived very early in the day (about 10am) to drop off my bag and come back later to check in. The room was ready so they just checked me in early - BONUS! Convenient 10min walk to Temple Meads station. Above average in terms of the kitchen - I was able to cook a couple of meals which is a nice change from pub grub. Washer/dryer so I could do some laundry thank you! Nespresso coffee machine :-)

I suspect it will be a bit warm this week - I didn't see a fan, nor was there the option to open a window on the other side to allow cross-ventilation. The door/window only opened a crack - despite there being a safety rail to stop accidents. It was fine for me, but others might be a bit warm this week,
