Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (Please note: we do not accept hen & stag bookings of any size). For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good location with basic facilities."

The location and space were great

It is tired and basic but v roomy. The bathroom and kitchen are very simple as are the bedrooms. The location is good but the building is ugly.

"Nice apartment, dreadful customer service"

Well located and comfortable

The very poor communication leading up to and during the visit. I didn’t receive replies to a number of questions, there was no communication ref. our check in procedure or the early check in we’d ask for. No confirmation about the availability of parking and the recommended car park had parking restrictions. I needed to phone the reception to ask what was happening to my booking and how to check. Receptionist said she’d call when our apartment was ready; she didn’t. The lift wasn’t working and this information would have been nice to know before we started our journey so that we could change our luggage arrangements. Apartments are nice, although over priced (Bristol half marathon related?), but the lack of customer care and communication would make us think twice about rebooking or recommending them to anyone else

"Great location but teething facility problems"

Location good and well appointed

Parking very confusing and expensive. I think they were having a challenging week. Doors being replaced on our floor, toilet stopped working so had to move apartment, empty soap dispenser, lift out of order all weekend. Without these issues I think it would have been easier

Location

We were woken up at 7am by the person above in the flat, we could hear every movement. The sound proof needs looking into.

The staff were excellent! Erica and Cristina were friendly and very helpful. Location was great it was just a short walk to all the attractions and shopping. The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious with a very large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!
