Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a link from the card processing partner SOT pay to complete your payment transaction. This will be emailed on the day of booking for Prepaid reservations and within 3 days of arrival for flexible rates. Failure to make payment could result in cancelation of your reservation Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, and will be a nonrefundable deposit. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday: 09:00 - 20:00 Tuesday: Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00 Friday: 09:00 - 20:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00 Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. A deposit may be required at the property.
