The property itself was good.

Staff and kitchen were so slow and always got orders mixed up. The house keeping did such a poor job cleaning the room. They would just make up the bed but never cleant the floors.

清掃がいきとどいてて、清潔感がありました。 シャワーとバスタブが別々だったため、お湯をしっかり貯めて、入浴できました。 夜もゆっくり休めました。 近くにコンビニもありました。

温泉がトイレの奥にあり、トイレの臭いが気になりました。 宿泊した部屋のクローゼットのドアが壊れていたのか、完全に開ききらなかったため、ドライヤーを取り出すのが大変でした。

Nice Holiday Inn for a business visit to Eastern Seaboard. The hotel is in good condition and has comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Good size rooms, quiet air conditioning. Service is stellar.

"Perfect stay with great facilities near Laemchabang"

Stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and really liked it. The room is well-designed with a separate bedroom and living area. Bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen. Bed is soft and comfy, and the big window gives a nice view. Facilities are also great — onsen, pool, gym, and restaurant. Overall, very comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.
