The pool was out of order, use of the pool was one of the reasons for booking this place. On arrival, I asked about breakfast. The manager said only during 8 and 9am. At 8 am, not a single staff member was in sight. When the manager did show up after 9am, he was annoyed. When I queried about breakfast, he got upset and mostly spoke down to me. To avoid an argument, I just agreed with him. We did have breakfast but was uncomfortable with the setup. We felt like we were bothering the staff by being there. The staff appeared be unhappy. I don't recommend this place to anyone. What I did like was the location, very peaceful area. This could of been a good experience if the staff was welcoming and there was clear communication between the hotel and booking.com.

Breakfast very underwhelming. I had to call someone and wait a considerable amount of time to leave and come into the property because I didn’t have the gate remote.

Breakfast is the same thing for all the nights spends there.

The place is unsafe for a woman, people walk in and out at night, i even had to ask my husband to come and stay with me as i was there for work and couldn't leave earlier. I was charged additional R150 per night for his stay and i wasn't even given an invoice for that extra so that i can claim from work. The towels are not changed and bins not taken out daily.

It's an excellent accommodation which I strongly recommend to all

breakfast was nice and on time, the place was peaceful, and it was easy to travel to the place.

the parking space is a bit tight.

The house guest and the staff is amazing. I stayed for 50 days, it was a beautiful experience.

It was a perfect place.
