I'm on a cycling tour around the island so location wise Coconut Tree was great between Nungwi and Paje. The bedroom and bathroom were terrific for the location and price point. Good, strong AC too which is a blessing among blessings.

Of the five things I tried to order throughout the dinner menu two were missing. I've come to realize missing items can be commonplace in this part of the country but at an actual resort I expect the food to be present.

Wreck of a resort. Avoid! Trapped 6 nights on a non cxable booking Feeling sorry for the nice friendly staff remaining on board. Terrible value for money at $50+ night. Unsafe, very slippery & dirty old bathroom (WC Leaking from ground etc). Space remains opened to insects & mosquitos under back door. Moisture & odors from bad drain of WC. Internet at best 1 hour early morning and late night, impossible to work or stay connected to family & friends. Ok Pool but not trusting quality of water, unable to use beach as dirty and rocky Ok Breakfast, bad value and average to say the least for lunch/dinner. Drinks} Coca Cola or still water only. Trapped! Complains been addressed what could have been improved swiftly (internet) but many excuses, provider etc.. for months about same unresolved issues.

Hotellin kuvat oli todella vanhoja eivätkä vastaa todellisuutta. Huone huonokuntoinen. Aamiainen ja ravintolan tarjoilut erittäin suppeat, välillä vain yksi lämmin ruoka valittavana. Vain softdrink ravintolassa. Ranta jätetty siivoamatta.
