Sea Dip

Excellent value! Prime location!

The place was a little run down for the price I paid as well as inconvenient parking situation. We had to park across the street. The staff looked at us like we were idiots for requesting a broom and dust pan. The place literally has no smoking signs on all the rooms and no marijuana yet we smelt the stuff constantly. It was rather noisy but I'm ok with the noise because that's just what you have to deal with when staying in hotels. I did see a cockroach (not a palmetto bug). It was only one roach that I saw, but it creeped me out. The place just had a dirty vibe all around though. The bathroom had a leaky faucet in the tub. Also the hot tubs were no hotter than a warm bathtub. I am used to hot tubs that are extremely hot, which I like so the luke warm hot tubs were a disappointment. To conclude my negative rant, it wasn't the worst place to stay but it was not the best experience either. I hope that my review is found to be informative.

I was very impressed with what we got for the price that we paid for the rooms were very large and I loved the ocean front room cause it was very large and the staff was very friendly also. So all said we will be making the Sea Dip our new place to stay from now on cause we all ready reserved it for September for 5 nights and I highly recommend the Sea Dip to anyone wants to stay at Myrtle Beach.

The housekeeping and staff were amazing! The views were beautiful! Our housekeeping lady was the sweetest she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that oir room was cleaned and fresh towels and linens each day! We will definitely use this motel again

Was a great time

We enjoyed our stay there. The pictures online are nicer than it is in person but it was a nice place to stay. We would stay there again.

The location was perfect the property is very old really needs to upgrade we had to go out and buy an iron to use they didn't have none on property the appliances were rusty it was just a mess

Upgraded Our Room Which was Great. Housekeeping Was Very Polite and Attentive. You haven't gotten that Much Since Covid. That was refreshing. Some of the things were older (Furniture Etc.) But the ocean's View More Than Made Up for that! Cool Older Hotel. With a Cool Sign. Wes Anderson movie Vibes, If your in to that Scene.

I found the Sea Dip after we decided to do a last minute trip down to see the fireworks. I loved everything about it, great room, great view, great service, no complaints here. I would definitely stay there again, it's most welcoming and sweet little jewel on the beach.
