I left early and did not eat the breakfast.

Internet access, which was listed as an included amenity, did not exist! I was unable to access emails or send emails as well as being unable to access information on local restaurants. Television was also unavailable because it relied on internet access. I was told that the internet was down for a brief period, then that the internet was being updated, and that there was a problem getting the required parts. Interestingly, I was told the exact same thing nearly two years ago during a previous stay. I feel that I deserve at least a partial refund of what I payed to stay at this property because of this.
