No breakfast!!!!!

Cleanliness, manager was difficult, but other employees were nice

This location hasn't been updated since the '70s it's like they're waiting for someone to buy the property and cash out the sheets were like from the '70s everything was old except for the towels

Very old not very comfortable not very amenities at all stop

I had a non-smoking room. There were burn holes in every piece of fabric in the room. The shower was pieced together. Not even sure where you turn the shower on. A full size refrigerator was stored in the room.

Bedroom very clean and spacious.

Bathroom, shower and vanity need upgrades. Too old and rusty.

What breakfast?

I think the room could have been a lot cleaner

Here we go, we came to Cleveland and needed a place to stay for a few weeks. My boyfriend is a union pipefitter and is originally from Cleveland. This is the first place I stayed at since coming from Maryland. When I walked into our room, man did it stink. The carpet had many crack pipe burns. Everything is old and grimy. Most importantly, do not be fooled by the innocent appearance of whatever you see at the front desk. The staff and a few long term guests have banded together to create a gossip mill. One sits in the office all day, listening to personal business, then reports all Intel to another who announces it. The owner allows this to go on. This place is full of seedy characters. The cops are there arresting someone nightly. I know this to be 100% true, we stayed there from April to December 2018. I'm still feeling filthy and it's been months.

Needed place for a week. Decent pricing for the week, nice front desk and helpful, central location on a bus line was extremely helpful. Able to have cat there (for reasonable fee); had refrigerator which also was helpful to reduce food costs.
