I have no complaints.wish we could have stayed longer.🙂

Stayed in Dalton to attend a wedding nearby and had a nice experience at the hotel. Easy check-in, easy parking, clean and bright lobby, clean rooms, comfortable beds. All good. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very clean

Terrific shower and good-sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Room is too dark. Need the option of turning brighter lights. A mirror over the desk area instead of a picture would allow two parties to get ready at the same time. Room as it is, is not conducive for two people to comfortably dressing at the same time. As you can see my biggest complaint is the need for more light.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Like making my own pancakes.

Facility was clean and reservation was ready when we arrived.

I stayed here for 1 night. I was checked in ($199) by a very nice young man who didn’t know what he was doing (they were very busy). I get my receipt and see I’m charged the wrong amount, no biggie it’s happened before I have a very common name. He asked his co-worker Donna for help and she takes a Quick Look and says I shouldn’t have booked through Expedia. I inform her that I booked directly through their website and that my name is common and it happens all the time. She proceeds to argue with me telling me I double booked and I will be charged twiced. I tell her I hope not and then she proceeds to tell him she’s leaving she’s already worked an hour over her scheduled shift (mind you there is still a very long line). He then calls the GM Cecy who tells him what to do and he tells me it’ll fall off because it was only a pre authorization. He then reruns my card for my actual reservation ($301) Fast forward, I’ve made no less than 5 calls in the pass month trying to get refunded. While Cecy is nice enough she is wholly incompetent because she finally tells me today they accidentally refunded the wrong card. Lady, I’ve spoken to you no less than 5 times. I’ve sent screenshots of my bank account. And I know people make mistakes that’s why it’s taken me 1.5 months to write this review as I hoped it would be resolved.
