Linda piscina y el desayuno muy bien.

Muy lamentable habitación sucia, mucho olor a cigarrillo, cuando llegue ni la basura habían recogido y me dijeron que estaba ya lista.Pedí cambio y ni siquiera se disculparon. Atención al cliente mala. Un poco mal encarados y muy poco personal en recepción. Solo rescato al personal del bar el bosque fueron los únicos muy amables.

Only stayed for one night but the bed was very comfy and room was spacious. Staff dressed very smart. Pool area is nice and relaxing. The cocktails are amazing!

Arrived for happy hour and almost refused us happy hour when we went to pay. We arrived at 7:30pm and were told we arrived before happy hour beginning. We did not. We came back to the bar after dinner to enjoy the live music and no one served us, or even provided us a menu. I thought this was very stubborn of the staff and disappointing. About 5 servers looked at us and completely ignored us.
