"Beautiful property"

Botanical garden with the sounds of parakeets and beautiful flowers, great breakfast with delicious coffee, friendly staff, clean, large rooms, comfortable, good AC. Live piano music at 7:30pm, by a talented player.

Shuttle transportation from airport to the hotel is once every two hours, on the odd hours, so 7pm, 9pm, etc. and they did not clearly communicate this to me. I called them at 7:05pm to see where they were (even after pre booking by email) and they said that I was confirmed for 9pm because of their policy of my incoming flight. I ended up paying for transportation on my own. The return shuttle service was great, but my experience upon arrival was terrible because of the shuttle miscommunication.

The ambiance was great. The hotel environment was generally quiet. Staff was very helpful irrespective of the language barrier; (some struggled with English language but still tried to help.as needed).

The dinner. It was to repetitive/ monotonous .
