Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

Everything was good

From balcony good view of horses. Close to Chicagoland area. Waterpark was very clean and fun for all ages. Not too crowded and plenty of lifeguards. Spacious suite and many amenities on site. Staff was amazing, Margaret at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.

Eucalyptus in the shower supplies was a little intense.

The attractions were the best part.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to watch TV in the master room because there was no remote, the remote in the living room only changed the channel down, and didn’t turn the TV on. The Toaster was broken so I had to hold the lever down to toast, and I didn’t get to use the Jet tub because there was markings all inside and no one ever came so I could see if I could clean it out.

Perfect size facility for a family, not having to go a very long distance if something was forgotten at the room. The access to food options/restaurant was good as well, even if a little pricey. Rooms were well stocked.

The fireplace did not work. The soap/body wash/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were not stocked. No extra trash bags were in the room either.

Kids loved the water park. The suites had plates and silverware. Liked having an outdoor space. Food on premises was great. Rooms were quiet.

The beds. They are HORRIBLE. Literally didn't fall asleep. Came home and slept all day.

Hot tub, lazy river and pool were very nice! My kids enjoyed so much! Was a very nice experience. We would live to come back

Shampoo and body wash was almost empty. Also they have to add numbers of forks and spoons. We had two bedroom suit for 7 people and there were inky 4 forks. Everything else was perfect

The house keeper didn’t fill the body washer. Otherwise the room we got really nice and spacious. The reception was so friendly. The breakfast was just okey not great.
