"Horrible stay"

The worst customer service experience I have ever seen in your life. I wanna get a refund immediately.

The worst welcome from the front desk, disgusting food, room not comfortable at all and really tiny, horrible bathroom, there is no minimum space between the toilets and the bathtub. Are you serious? And last thing, the price per night is really expensive compared with the services you expect from this hotel. I wanna get a refund immediately.

"2 days in Jerusalem"

Location was great, especially we had a car so it was max 15 minutes to all directions, even bethlehem. Breakfast was basic but good.

We booked a suit for 4 ppl, the bathroom was tiny, bathroom curtains yellowish instead of white, and the pics of the rooms where honestly a bit deceiving,

צוות נהדר. אנשים חמים ומקסימים ויוצאים מגדרם כדי שהשהייה שלנו תהייה נוחה וטובה. המיקום מעולה עם חנייה קרובה וגישה טובה לאוטובוסים למרכז. ארוחת בוקר ברמה טובה מאוד. הבניין ישן ודורש מעט שיפוץ בחדר, אבל היה נקי ומסודר. נהנינו מאוד ונחזור שוב !
