"When first checked in,we were happy with of hotel, but after speaking with Bailey,we will not return"

Check in was very easy and quick

Staff mainly a gentleman named Bailey was insulting and had some choice words he expressed behind closed doors in regard to a question I was asking him.

"So so"

I went to office because, we had no coffee or coffee cups. Also sheets had stains on them and there was sand or tiny pebbles on the bed. Yes we went to beach but we showered before we went under the covers. There was a young man who I spoke with, not nice said it was too early to deal with my situation. Said to come later and slammed the door. I spoke with the woman and she stated she didn’t let the cleaning lady to change sheets. They also said I used a towel to clean something. That is what towels are for, but I used it to stand on in shower due to the floor was slippery. I have stayed there many times just noise from upstairs is loud, but other than that had no problems.
