This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Jo Leo House by Totalstay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of ZAR 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Totalstay Group will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
