"Great, clean place for the price without any frills."

Great beach/boardwalk access. Despite the closeness of the boardwalk and beach, the hotel was very quiet in the evening.

Hotel was very clean and had the basic necessities provided which is great for the value/cost of the night's stay. However, if you are a senior or have any disabilities, the hotel is located on a very steep street/parking area. Very difficult to park and open car doors while unloading. Also difficult to walk up the hill to find parking (which is very limited). You would then need to park on the street. But otherwise, if you just want a very basic, clean place to stay for a reasonable rate, this would be a great choice!

"what a wonderful stay"

This is the best price for this location; 1 block away is 4x more a night. Food right across the street, coffee a block away, beach and pier are a block away, Bike rental across the street. Zero downside to this place. I will be back.

Parking is a little tight but there is street parking after hours that is free, as long as you dont mind moving it before 8am or going down to drop some quarters. Not really a big deal, no complaints.

"Surprisingly wonderful experience. Clean, seemed to be recently renovated, and great hospitality."

It was super nice and exceeded our expectations. Joe was super friendly and hilarious. Everything was clean and the shower head was amazing with immediate hot water. Great experience overall.
