Great location and pools!

Beachfront location was convenient. Frank, the host was very responsive when I had an issue with parking. This was kind of late night and he still reached out promptly to assist so that was great.

I only leave honest reviews. I like looking out for travelers. Not The rental I was expecting because the ad appears to contain pics from different units. I was expecting a room with an ocean view from the bedroom. There's no way of knowing what room you will end up with if multiple units are being displayed at once. Anyway, I was in PH66 right by the elevator, only an ocean view from the balcony. The 2 bedrooms only had views of the hallway/ elevator corridor, so curtains remained closed at all times for that reason. The rental had a good layout but the property could benefit from some updates besides the updated kitchen counters. The pics are a bit misleading because they are definitely touched up to make the apartment look in better shape than it really is. The no smoking policy obviously isn't enforced because every time I went on the balcony, it smelled like marijuana outside. The decor felt a bit dated, and there were areas that appeared to need fresh paint and minor ceiling repairs. The ceiling literally had holes that were patched with what looked like tissue paper. Walls have holes, cuff marks, base boards are dirty, dents in side of refrigerator, banged up dirty steel door at the entrance. It was dirty under the kitchen sink. Junky closet used for storage. There was only 1 coffee filter. The decor doesn't match. Kitchen chairs don't match. The elevator stopped working around 11pm, wouldn't go up or down...just stuck on the floor I was on, which was floor 15, I think. The drink machine was out of order on the garage/main floor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud. Not sure why wrist bands were needed for the pool because I didn't see anyone else wearing them or at least no one was around to enforce pool entry. In general, with a little maintenance and modernization, the space could be more comfortable and inviting.

Property was exactly as advertised. We loved the location and Frank was very responsive.
