Americas Best Value Inn Santa Rosa

Centrally located motel with clean rooms and comfortable bed. It was perfect for 1 night stay.

It was very dated. Floors were not carpeted. Shower had no where to place soap while showering. Soap would not lather.

We needed to stay one night and this was cheap. Room and bathroom were clean, Floor was filthy. Staff was nice

Well for starters with the rooms stink really bad The remote control died we had to replace it with batteries that we had They had no pay channels so you were stuck watching crappy TV The air conditioner didn't shut off properly it just ran all night long The shower wasn't very clean The window curtain was thicker than the blankets that they supplied.. Overall I'll never stay there again And when I question the staff about what pay channels such as HBO Cinemax or whatever that they offer they were like what didn't know what we were talking about pure ignorance

It was exactly what I needed. A place to stay. Clean, quiet, close to shopping and other stuff. Definitely would stay again when I come back to the area.

We checked in late, the property still accommodated us. We hoped to be able to check out later at noon, CSR wanted to charge an extra $25. We don't agree that was applicable. We had to wait for our family members to meet up with us outside in the cold for an hour. Room was dull and empty, there is so much space without any furniture, everything echoed throughput. shower was very impractical, no shelves or counter space.
