"Chacala is Sweet and Safe"

Valentin was very welcoming upon check in. We loved the kitty that hangs out. Grounds have lovely flowers and waking up to Chacalacas in the trees was a bonus.

There is no view to speak of. This is not the fault of the hotel but rather the way all the accommodations in the central part of this town have competed for the space. congested. Also not a fan of banda music which went on loudly half the night from next door.

The hotel is close to the beach. Lupita was very helpful. The pool area and rooftop terrace are nice. It would be good to have sone glasses in the room.

we had a lovely large room with a really comfortable bed. Nice hot shower, short walk to the beach. We loved the available coffee in the morning. Staff amazing and helpful.

"Superb"

Staff very friendly, quite and clean. Would make you coffee in the morning. Have a new roof top patio to enjoy. Bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room.

I can't think of anything i could complain about
