Please note that the Spa, named Aromaspa, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays year-round. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and opened Wednesaday to Sunday from 12h to 14h and 19h to 21h30. Guests wishing to dine at the restaurant are advised to contact the property using the contact details on the confirmation. Please note that Spa access is not included in the room rate. Continuous 2-hour access (sauna, hammam, cadulspa, cold shower, etc.) is EUR 45 per person per access In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. We waren heel teleurgesteld . Op de website van Booking leek het hotel heel mooi maar de foto's zijn enorm bedriegelijk. De kamers leken helemaal niet op wat we op de website zien, het zwembad ook niet, en je kan ook amper buiten op terras zitten voor het ontbijt. Je zit bijna op de straat. We vonden het ook heel veel geld voor wat we kregen. Dit is trouwens niet de eerste keer dat we teleurgesteld zijn door Bookingn( 3 keer al) . De foto's en review zijn vaak bedriegelijk. Het is toch wel erg dat we geen vertrouwen kunnen hebben in wat er op jullie website gedeeld wordt. ook weet ik dat er met deze review niets gedaan zal worden, maar niets zeggen is ook geen optie!

"Looks really smart but some aspects are not quite right yet ( after the recent refurbishment)"

Beautiful setting in stunning surroundings. Comfortable room Breakfast was good with very attentive staff.

WiFi useless- had to buy extra data to use internet Tv- said BBC World was available but it wasn’t. Didn’t want to watch much tv but just catch up on the news. Whole place feels a bit disjointed- bits all over the place. Not sure that ‘ it really knows what it’s trying to be’ - hotel, shop, spa ? Disappointed that they charge extra for residents to use the basic spa facilities such as pool and sauna- absolutely understand charging for treatments but usually the basic things are included in hotels we have stayed in before.
