It’s old and run down

Amazing stay, I got this place like 3 days before Labor Day weekend and was pretty much the only lodge that had a room below the $500 per night mark. The rooms are super clean, the lady at the front desk was super nice and the check in / check out process was easy. The Peak to Peak was close to everything including the Rocky Mountain, breweries and restaurants, the bed was very comfortable and the AC is easy to control, the BEST part is that it’s quiet and dark, you won’t know it’s morning until you open the blinds, if you are a light sleeper like myself; you will love this place. Note that these rooms are small, not recommended for a family but I very much recommend it for a couple getaway. I have stayed in a lot of budget friendly places, so I’m used to make concessions in terms of service and amenities but the Peak to Peak was hands down the best experience, we had working fridge, working microwave, working coffee maker, working AC, hot water, quality soap/shampoo and a comfortable bed. Overall a great stay.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the nearby sights. The room was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near town and the national park.

I love this little Hotel. Easy access, clean, close to town, reasonable!!!

We liked the location as it was very close to downtown area. The bathroom was very small and inconvenient to use. The toilet paper came off the little hook all the time…which resulted in rolling TP on the floor…usually away from you! What a pickle! LOL

Good place for the price. The location was good easy access to rmnp. The hotel itself was a bit uptight. The pillows were thin but I bring my own anyway. The room was on the small side with what I deemed an unnecessary closet. AC and plumbing was good which is nice.

Our room was small bit had a king size bed. We did not mind the small room because we knew we would be out sightseeing most of the time. We loved the pool and hot tub.
