Great patio to have breakfast and excellent location.

Breakfast was simple but very good with plenty of choice, loved the private courtyard, the bed was very comfortable, and its proximity to town was excellent.

Understand it’s an older house but the sound suppression between rooms and through the ceiling/floors was non-existent.

Beautiful historical property in the center of town, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast could have included more options, especially protein options such as bacon or sausage or vegan options

We liked the breakfast just wished they had some e dish or waffles or some muffins daily.

the walls were very thin and you could hear the people above you that were simply talking

Nice location and spacious. Was more of a BNB than a hotel. We had the large room on the third floor. No elevator, so had to carry bags all the way up, so keep that in mind. Place was great, friendly staff, room in good shape. The AC in the room was a bit loud, so woke me up a few times at night, but they did provide earplugs if needed.

The shower was awesome. The room was nicely arranged. The breakfast was delightful and accommodating. There were puzzles and games should bad weather arrive. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. The garden was an added benefit.

No local tv stations and limited tv viewing. options.

I love this place, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Good location convenient to the steamship and town. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were great! It was raining when we arrived and they let us come in early to change into dry clothes. Would highly recommend!
