The back up generator was right next to our room, so lot of noise with that. Also the maintenance of rooms and premises could be done in a better way

Tea garden view

Price is bit high, missing children outdoor play area, no garden.

It was a good breakfast with good variety. staff were very kind in helping me out with my kid food. This was my second time stay in this Hotel and it never disappoints. One of the best place to stay in Munnar.

Lack of air conditioning

Prompt response, and the staff were very courteous. Rooms were clean, and the view was serene. The property is just adjacent to the Tea Garden, where you can take beautiful pics. They have their own kitchen, and they assist you with the Jeep Ride and anything else if you need. My car went for the breakdown and it was not starting in the morning. The staff helped us to unblock us and escorted us to the local garage to solve the issue. Unfortunately, I have to replace the battery. But their support was remarkable!! They have a good breakfast, and it's better to include it in your booking. The Menu are - Chole Bature, Omlette, Bread Butter/Jam, Idly, Dosa,Sambar, Chutney, Uttapam with Tea and Coffee. For Lunch and Dinner it's Ala Carte. In-house parking inside the Property.

1. They have a spring mattress, so you can talk to the receptionist if you have a back problem. 2. The property is a little inside from the main road, so you have to drive approximately 1 KM on a single road to the property.
