Very basic 2-star hotel. Our door tended to get jammed, making it difficult to get out of the room. Beds were not particularly comfortable, although the room was clean. TVs did not work (the building was without cable after a nearby accident). Front desk staff was very pleasant. Hallway smelled pretty bad. Decent for a quick stopover on a long road trip (and very good retail and dining options nearby), but not especially comfortable.

"The worst experience and customer service I have ever had."

It was absolutely terrible. Our room smelled like smoke and there were rat traps IN our bathroom. We ended up leaving a night early and they refused to refund us. The worst experience

Except Wi-Fi availability, everything was fine. Check in was smooth. I ask for upper floor, the front desk was fine. Room is clean. The bed was on the soft side but was good. Breakfast was sufficient. Wi-Fi only available close to the door entrance then drop to barely a bar in the room.
