Staybridge Suites - Summerville by IHG

The hotel lobby was very beautiful,clean, and inviting. Check-in was smooth as well. The room was very clean and orderly, the bed was VERY comfy and the amenities went beyond my expectations. Everything that was needed was supplied. It was a beautiful stay for the most part.

Sitting in the patio area at any time is risky there's no security anyone can walk through the property at any time and there was a lot of car traffic behind the property, breakfast was just OK it wasn't as advertised yet it wasn't the worst..the selection was slim, bacon was burnt, eggs were overcooked, the sausage was blah the only thing that I can brag about is their yogurt patfait bar. Secondly I was charged $250 in case of incidentals although o prepaid for the room amd wasn't told prior that this would be done and wasn't refunded my $250 upon checkout as I was told..instead I was told it'd be 3 to 7 days so I was lied to in my face by the check in individual..

Great hotel! One of the better Ive stayed in. From the check in to the check out it everyone was friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Teally recommend this hotel.

After charging $75 plus $250 deposit on top of the room price. Pets allowed sure they are. Your going to pay for it. My dog barked a few times and the staff immediately calls the police and kicks me out of my room in the middle of the night. No money refunded what so ever. Do not bring your pets to this hotel. Sure it's clean but they will railroad you over your pets. Even though it says pet friendly my rear end. Sueing this hotel for harassment and breach of contract. Don't bring your pets here at all.
