Love the location and the room was clean and spacious. Defiantly will stay agin.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was attentive, the accommodations were delightful and the food was hot. The hotel was clean and my meetings went without a glitch. Ill definitely be staying here again.

After staying at several hotel brands throughout the Charleston and Summerville area over the years, I can confidently say this property has become our absolute favorite and our official go to whenever we visit. 1. Decor is elegant and sophisticated. 2. Customer Service is absolutely top tier. Thank you Hope, Vanessa and Carla at the front desk. 3. Cleanliness was immaculate and our full sweep of the room turned up nothing. 4. Noise level in the hotel was very quiet and serene despite being very busy. 5. Free breakfast was delicious options. Not your typical grab and go crap. This hotel truly delivers the best value in the Charleston area. Beautiful property, exceptional service, immaculate rooms, amazing breakfast, and a consistently comfortable experience every time we stay. We will absolutely continue coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

I recently stayed while in town visiting family and to my delight, this hotel was super clean and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly! Every employee that I encountered while staying there smiled and said hi! I’ll definitely be back!

This hotel was surprisingly comfortable for a family of 6. The room actually looked and smelled very clean. Really enjoyed the yogurt, waffle and oatmeal bar with all the options for breakfast. The hotel is pretty tucked away from all the noise even though it is close to the highway and a huge shopping center.

For some of us the breakfast options the first morning was not very good. The eggs and pancakes were not in the least bit edible. They were so hard and dried out. Didn't like that the ice maker in our room was unable to shut off and would randomly drop ice in the middle of the night scaring everyone awake.
