"The worst customer service ever experienced at a hotel."

The manager (Identified herself as the assistant general manager) did not handle issues in a way that would be expected of someone in customer service, especially in management. This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had (we've stayed in at least a dozen different hotels in the past year alone).

"sorry but i never arrived for my stay but i did not know how to convey that since no one responded."

i tried to cancel because of a death in the family of one of my brothers. I contacted booking.com via email but no response. I contacted the hotel and they said they were good with rescheduling or refunding, but i needed to go thru booking.com. I still have not direction to proceed. I had a car rental and a second hotel booked, but due to the death they refunded me. Please respond. All of my phone calls to the hotel were handled well !!!
