Anvil Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival, there were no parking spaces. There are only about six in the back and parking lot in front is very small and it was full. We had to drive around to find a spot on the the street. Once we were parked we didn't want to leave for fear of not finding a spot when we returned. Fortunately, it is close to all the restaurants/shopping so that was convenient. The room was small and dark, window blind was difficult to lower because it came off the track. Bathroom was very small - you could hardly close to door as it was so close to toilet, and shower was not great. Overall, it is conveniently located but that is the most positive thing I can say. I would stay elsewhere if I ever return to Jackson.

Location and hotel was totally amazing I would highly recommend!!!

The price and location cannot be beat. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Jackson Welcome Center, 2 blocks away from the park with the antler arches and 1 block away from restaurants. There are also several gift shops and the Million Dollar Cowboy just down the street. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great! There’s also a ceiling fan. Parking was directly outside of our room.

The room is small and didn’t have much room to move around. Fortunately, we only spent time there to sleep and shower. The lighting is absolutely terrible. All of the bulbs are blue fluorescent and give off a ton of harsh light that doesn’t actually help you see anything. The room is painted a dark green which compounds the issue. The shower itself is just a stall and is narrow with a curtain which constantly tries to attach itself to you. The shower floor could have been a lot cleaner too. If I had them with me, I would’ve worn flip flops. There aren’t any hooks or towel bars in the shower/toilet room and there isn’t anywhere to put anything other than on the toilet lid.

All employees were helpful and addressed any concerns immediately.

Greta location! It’s near everything in Jackson and super close to grand Teton national park! Room was good too. I’d rate that a 3.8/5

Expensive for what the rooms and amenities are comparatively. This is an older motel with a fresh coat of paint located in very walkable area. Not terrible, but not sure would return

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Jackson. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay within Anvil Hotel again.
