Nice weight room and excellent breakfast. Also, 1st place I’ve stated in long time that had a freezer section in mini fridge.

For 390 per night, it should be great. Parking was difficult as many spaces had construction equipment and material in them.

Excellent location for Jackson's central area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Appeared to be ample parking. A standard breakfast is provided: mix of hot/cold and self service options. My daughter was very happy with their hot chocolate selection. In-store shop included a nice range of locally sourced items. Fabulous indoor/outdoor pool-this was the highlight of our stay here, Individually packaged cookies provided around 17.00. All members of staff we encountered were helpful & friendly.

The hotel images give the impression that the rooms are in the main hotel (Grand) building, but the standard rooms with 2 queen bed are either in the adjacent motel-style Bridger building (which we had) or the Settler Building - neither building exterior is captured in the promotional images. Our room door opened directly on to the car park area, and on entering the room you walked directly into the sink area. Our room was dark (noted in other reviews), had poor sound insulation (everyone moving around the room above sounded as if they were stomping on the floor-again noted in other reviews) and worse, every toilet flush (sounding like tiles pouring down a water shoot) could be heard. The breakfast area is lovely, but either horrendously busy (we had to take our breakfast back to our motel room to be able to sit down) or perfectly adequate for the number of guests depending on when you arrived. Packets of black tea were not available unless you specifically asked a member of staff who then retrieved them individually for you from a locked drawer. The pool area does not include a shower, which is ironic as the pool rules request you shower before entering the pool. It's also located in the Grand building, so might not be pleasant accessing it during the cold winter months when you would have to return to your room across a car park when still mostly wet.
