Great location for the price. Old building but clean. The reception was very friendly. Close to the airport and other downtown town activities. Delivered as advertised.

Newly remodeled, in the heart of Little Italy and walking distance to my concert venue. I’ll be back!

The customer service at the front desk was always amazing. I wasn’t very fond of the attention to detail from the cleaning staff it wasn’t typical to what I’ve experienced at other properties. I stayed for a total of 13 days and out of those 13 days I placed the room service tag for cleaning on the door on 8 different days when leaving for work in the morning and only twice did I come back and the room was actually attended to; all the other times it seemed like the tag was ignored and one occasion I came back and the tag was placed on a different room’s door and the reason I know this is because the door tags actually have the room number they came from written on them. There were a couple situations where the parking pass I taped to my motorcycle was either removed or ignored and I came outside to notes either threatening to tow or to come to the office, but when the issue was addressed with the front desk it was handled well. The beds were fairly comfortable and in the morning there’s coffee in the front office.

This was a great stay for a 1-2 night stay.

I would give this place a 3 out of 5 if it wasn't for the roaches. Front desk was unable to move me to a different room or even offer a partial refund. I was just handed a bottle of roach spray. My bed and bathroom will be filled with german roaches on a daily basis despite the use of roach spray.

Welcome was great and even gave a recommendations for the kids

I cannot recommend this hotel. This hotel needs to be renovated. I was surprised to see the broken tiles in the elevator. The room had old drapes, the towels were rough, the mini fridge wobbly, etc. the only good thing I could say about this hotel is that they have free Netflix. Thank goodness we only booked for one night. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Well the room door did not lock. House cleaning did not replace any of the soaps or shampoos.

Very very old motel. Smells bad inside the rooms, but has parking and its very close to Little Italy in SD. Somehow safe and they offer coffee

Place has both good points and some not so good. Location, included parking and price are good. Tv was terrible and we had to go ask for both soap and a drinking glass.
