Great hotel at a great price in a great location. Staff is also great. We left early in the morning to catch an uber to the airport. Front desk man saw that we were outside and let us in to wait inside where it was less sketchy

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire business career. The experience was beyond disappointing—everything from the service to the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were filthy, with stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a terrible odor that made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, dirty towels, and a sink that barely drained. It was clear that housekeeping either didn’t do their job or simply didn’t care. As for the service, it was just as bad. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making even basic requests seem like a burden. Check-in was slow and disorganized, and when I raised concerns about the state of my room, they were dismissive and unwilling to assist. To top it off, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt neglected and run-down. The hallways smelled musty, the carpets were stained, and the entire place just felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better options available for the same or even lower prices. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great experience

Hotel is probably only good for two things: free on-site parking and the location in walking proximity to Little Italy. Everything else is very average or subpar. Cleanliness is okay at best, comfort is very poor. We were only given 3 pillows for a queen room, and one small throw blanket, along with no comforter on the bed, only sheets. The A/C unit works… for about 20 minutes and then shuts off randomly and had to be kicked in order to restart. One plus-side is streaming services available on the TV. Overall only stay for free, convenient parking and location.

Had a great stay. Easy access to downtown and attractions. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Do not stay here. There are roaches, construction happening, the rooms are dirty, and our blowdryer caught on fire. We did not end up staying the night because of how poor the conditions were, and were denied a refund.

The facility needs an upgrade.

i liked that is small and not crowded, elevator always available and friendly staff members. Not much I can say about this liking it. For the cost being affordable I would stay there again. the location is good.
