La parte in cui si trovano le camere standard è sporca e fatiscente. Niente a vedere con un 4 stelle e molto al di sotto di uno standard qualitativo che ci si aspetta da un NH

Room bathroom is old and would need an update

Breakfast was good and versatile. Reception ans entrance really welcoming and beautiful. Hotel location is fantastic, right by the bus station, 10mins walk from train station and only a couple of min walk from the old town and all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

The room we got was one of the older rooms in the furthest building of the resort so the walking distance from the reception to the room was substantial which we didn't know when we booked. Definitely not step free either so anyone with mobility issues would have struggled. The room also seemed to be be one of the older non refurbished rooms so everything looked a bit dated and the layout of the bathroom was awkward. We had to squeeze into the shower through a half a meter gap between the wall and the sink. Also the spa facilities were highlighted on Booking and the beach club but in reality the beach club isn't actually at the beach but top of the beach around an outdoor pool so no sunbeds available at the beach. Also the spa was at the basement floor but when we visited completely unstaffed so felt like it wasnt really an up to date feature either.
