Overall experience was exceptional ..Staff was amazing specially Edip , He arranged most of our tours there in very good rates & helped us all the time ..I would recomend people visiting this place and for first time visitors just visit bcz of Edip as his support will help you..

Hôtel avec un charme fou. L'ambiance des caves est géniale. La vue de la terrasse dès le ptt dej. L'équipe est absolument adorable, compétente, serviable. Ils ont réponse à tout et trouvent des solutions. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait pour sortir en ville sans voiture. Quand les travaux de rénovation de la terrasse et transformation d'un café seront terminés ce sera vraiment incroyable. J'ai bcp apprécié le charme authentique, les plantes, la récup, le fait que rien ne soit neuf. Il porte très bien son nom. Et big up à Odin et Lucky, les deux chiens de l'hôtel. J'y suis restée 5 nuits et je reviendrai.

Pas encore de restauration sur place à part le ptt dej mais ça va venir.

La localisation et le personnel très accommodant

Nous n’avons pas eu une chambre troglodyte mais elle était top tout de même. La terrasse n’avait pas de cousins etc donc nous n’avons pas profité de l’extérieur.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. It is very well located, close to the bus station. The decoration is unique, and our room was right at the entrance of the cave, which gave it a very special touch; the staff was very friendly and always attentive to our needs, and they also provided us with all the information about the hotel’s services. We would also like to mention that everything was very clean and well organized, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it.
