Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great.

While we enjoyed our stay, it felt a little dated, and the rooftop has potential but could be more comfortable and cleaner maybe for having breakfast, balloon watching, or enjoying the sunset.

立地が良い。有名どころは徒歩で行ける。スタッフが親切。部屋をグレードアップしてくれた。朝ごはんも美味しい。

特になし。強いていえば最終日犬に噛まれて痛かった。

日本人に親しみのあるオーナー、多彩なアクティビティも申し込みが出来ます。２匹の可愛いワンちゃんもいます。食事も美味しかったし、ロケーションも良く、市内の中心地への距離も近いです。

たまたま良い部屋にアップグレードしていただけ、1人で使うにはもったいない広い洞窟部屋を使わせて頂きました。立地が非常によく、屋上のテラスからは、夜景が見え、朝はバルーンが上がる日には見えるそうです。私自身は、バルーンに運よく乗れましたが、他の日は上がっていなく地上からは見られませんでした。 朝ごはんも美しく美味しいお料理がたくさん並んでいます。

洞窟部屋は、窓がほとんどありませんので、換気が少し良くないです。

Everything. Specially the reception desk staff, the hotel location and decoration, the breafast and the breakfast room that gives you a real cosy feel. The hotel itself gives you a good vibe. Without luxuries but just a real cosy place to stay at. And it has what I expected from a Cappadoccia hotel... Nice cave room and a pleasant terrace. I cannot left without saying the great gesture of upgrading me to a real "sultan room" without asking.

Not having breakfast ready at 07:30am which made me check out the hotel with an empty stomach. But maybe it was my fault by not advising I was checking out early...
