Cute style, loved the little pool, the staff was attentive and friendly (it’s nice to see a family business). Rooms were comfortable and the AC unit blew lots of cold air.

Number one complaint was the traffic noise outside, I’m not really sure if the inn owners could do much about it? Bathrooms need exhaust fans, towels could be fluffier/better quality and there’s a lot of room for upgraded complimentary toiletries but what they had worked fine!

Free Breakfast was super complete and yum!

Location was great from Lassen Volcanic National Park. Room was spotless. Can tell it was recently renovated and it is very nice. Staff was very accommodating, as we didn’t have prior reservations booked and had a pet with us. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the Redding area and will definitely stay here again if we are passing through as we were this trip. Great pride has been taken to upgrade to modern convenience, but still keeping the nostalgia of an old, retro motel. We loved it and our stay here!

The AC was too too loud, can’t control the temperature and the air blow straight to my head when I was sleeping.
