The staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. All so nice.

Our room, we had a 2 bedroom queen suite. The fold out sofa was completely broken, nobody wanted to even sit on it. Needs replacing. It was not safe at all, could cut your legs with the materials sticking out. The back of the bathroom door was a mess. Needs a new one.

No hot water, stuff act like they don’t know why no hot water pool area dirty all three days never cleaned pool water cold fire alarms went off twice in three days people smoking non stop at entrance area, exercise area had no wipes to wipe down the machines no towels and the heat is on 75
