USThe bathroom and shower were good.
The sofa bed was disgusting! The room is described as King Suite...its a Motel Room with a king bed shoveled into it. There was no room to move around or get comfortable. The AC unit was loud and barely kept the room comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and tasted like instant food from a microwave. It was obvious the staff needs training in Hospitality Engagement and Services.

The room smelled kinda musty, the shower had brown stains along the bottom, the door wouldn’t shut completely, I was charged twice.

When we opened the door to our room the smell came rushing out. It smelled like a wet towel that had been sitting crunched up for days. Everything felt damp in the room. The smell never went away. Even the carpet felt wet. Also, the first night we stayed we had to go down and get a plunger. The plumbing is old.

The employee at check in was asleep in the office behind the counter snoring very loudly. I had to ring the bell 7 times before she woke up and came out. When she finally did come out she was falling asleep standing up at the computer while she was trying to check me in. I watched her fall asleep and start to snore during the process. When I was finally checked in, she put me in a room that was not ready and still in the process of being cleaned. I had to change rooms to a lesser room.
USThe bed (mattress, pillows, etc) was best I've experienced.
No extra toilet paper or kleenex in room.
