Good location close to the Plaza de Armas, comfortable beds

very narrow room, rather noisy at night

location is great, near the bus station(Bus Sur). The staff is very kind and can have early breakfast(5:30 am).

Walls are paper thin. Could hear any conversation going on and anyone walking in halls. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

The “Hotel” is quirky, location is convenient

Room/s has/have no view… feel boxed in Cleanliness is a real concern… floors were filthy, and lower skirting/walls marked (although bedding and towels seemed clean enough) Breakfast was a bit of a selection of unlikely choices, served by someone who looked like he had just walked in off the street… (service was a bit like that, in general)

lovely small hotel. Very clean. Great location.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our room that has been addressed promptly. The bar is excellent. Breakfast is okay and comparable to other fares in the area. We did not get dinner. Walking distance to bus-sur, the ocean, and Plaza del Armas.

The quality of the rooms seems to be inconsistent. Some are very nice, and some are... "meh".
